Damage during Hand Off

Once any order is picked up or delivered, we can not be held responsible for any accidents that may happen with your order along the way and do not offer refunds in these events. However, we are still human and care out our customers and our products. We understand that accidents happen, please reach out to us if this should happen so we can try to assist and assess the damage made

Cancellations

Any Cancellations made within 72 Hours of the scheduled pick up date are subject to a loss of any deposits made

Refunds

There are no refunds on cancelled orders requested 48 hours of the scheduled pick up date
